Our loan signing agents offer mobile notary services, where they can travel to the signer's location to notarize the loan documents.

We also offer remote online notarization (RON) services, where documents can be notarize electronically using video conferencing technology. 

- Verifying the identity of the signer using identity verification technology.

- Confirming that the signer is physically located in a state where the notary is authorized to perform notarial acts.

- Administering an oath or affirmation to the signer.

- Notarizing the document with an electronic seal and signature.

We offer in-person notarization services, where we meet with the signers in person to verify their identity and notarize the loan documents. We adhere to strict guidelines to ensure that the loan documents are properly executed, and that the borrower(s) fully understand the loan terms and conditions they are agreeing to. 

- Reviewing the loan documents to ensure they are complete and accurate.

- Meeting with the borrower(s) in person to go over the loan documents and answer any questions they may have.

- Ensuring that all required documents are present and accounted for.

- Notarizing any documents that require notarization.

- Collecting any fees associated with the loan signing process.

- Returning the completed loan documents to the lender or title company.
